The Introvert in the Office

Picture - IntrovertedA large percentage of our population is introverted.  Because the extroverts stand out and get the attention, introverts can sometimes be overlooked and not heard.

Read Mike Byrnes’ Wealth Management article with three things to consider:

  1. Rethink meetings
  2. Avoid the entire office being an open floor plan
  3. Make way for a different type of leader

Need help improving diversity, developing leaders and getting the most out of each staff member?  Contact Byrnes Consulting for assistance.

I have the perfect office environment for introverts. I am mildly introverted, and work alone from my home office. What could be better? When I want other’s input, I pick up the phone or schedule a meeting.
